"Minds are like parachutes, they function only when open" goes the familiar
saying, today your mind should be parachute like as you read this article.
If you can allow your self to wrap your brain around these ideas, this
secret will give you the power to attain the body of your dreams.

All I'm doing is taking the theories from the blockbuster movie "The Secret"
and help you apply them towards your own fitness goals.
Please be forewarned that this "ultimate secret" is unrelated to our regular
discourse on reps and sets. There is no information on protein, fat or
calories in this article. No cardio training or abs exercises will be
discussed. But discovering this life changing "Secret" will allow you to
shape and create the body of your fantasies or achieve any of the other
goals you may have set for yourself.
The "Secret" has been used by elite athletes. Champion bodybuilders know
about and implement the "Secret". The majority of the happiest, most
affluent, influential and powerful people during the course of history have
made use of the "Secret". Many of them didn't even know that they held this
power, but wielding it in the course of their lives is the reason they all
succeeded Today I'll put a little spin on this "Secret" and on how to apply
it to your fitness goals. You should know that these techniques will work
for any of the goals and desires you have.
Before the "Secret" is revealed, I would like you to answer a few questions
for yourself and make sure that the answers are in line with your goals.
Please be completely honest with yourself. If your responses disclose that
you have not reached the goals that these questions relate to, listen up,
because I'm going to show you how you can alter this right now and be well
on the road to attaining whatever your mission is in life.
Are you wearing a body that you are happy with? Do you feel energized and
ready to go every day of the week? Are you proud of your body, do you feel
confident and full of strength? Are you able to do everything that you want
in life with no physical limitations? Would you like to be thin? Would you
like to see more muscle? Are you looking for a tighter butt or sexy flat
abs?
Everyone looking at these questions will come up with different answers for
themselves. None of us think alike. Our individual goals and desires vary.
But the most amazing part is that ALL of your goals are achievable, whoever
you are, if you can comprehend and IMPLEMENT the "Secret". And now, on with
our show! What is this infamous "Secret"? Patta-patta-patta-patta-patta-pat....
The "Secret" is all in your mind and centers around the irresistible Law of
Attraction. Your mental focus becomes your personal reality. In other words,
"What you resist, persists. Whatever you are feeling and thinking is a
perfect reflection of what you will become".
If your only focus is your frustration with your weight or obsession with
your flabby belly, then those things will never go away because giving them
your attention is perpetuating your own negative reality. Alternatively, if
your focus turns to your own success and you consistently and constantly
give all of your attention to images and positive thoughts of what your
perfect body will feel like, this will become your reality. The important
message is that your thoughts and feelings must reflect inside the body that
you want outside. Actively imagine living in your desired, new body every
day.
If you've already closed your mind to this idea after reading this far your
reaction will most likely be, "What is all this gobbledy-gook crap this
idiot is talking about?" So go ahead, go find another site, go back to your
hum-drum life and keep feeling like a failure because you can't already wear
the body you want.
Or, you can allow your mind to be open and discover that you wish to
succeed, finish reading this article, digest and devote yourself to using
the "Secret" and you will see your body change into precisely what you want
to look like.
I chanced upon the "Secret" a few years back and learned how it pertained to
my goals beyond my life in fitness.
But I also discovered that my success with my fitness goals and this new
personal "Secret" change are exactly the same techniques that I have used
for years in my own body work. I have always visualized precisely the body I
wanted to wear, what my energy level should be daily and the levels of
confidence and strength I wanted to have. Seeing these things in my mind
kept them forever at the forefront of my being and pushed me to ACT EVERY
DAY to make them reality.
So how do you visualize this fabulous new body? Your first step is to
understand that the way you feel now and the body that you currently wear
are are a joint culmination of the way you have lived your life in past
years... all of the habits, actions, thoughts and reactions that you have
had or made every day since you were born. If you have not had the body of
your dreams, the energy level you wish, or the strength of constitution that
you desire, now is the time to change your mindset and take immediate and
monumental action towards the things you want.
Start visualizing yourself already living in that beautiful, strong, lean
body... feel the energy, power and vitality flowing through your every cell.
Imagine feeling full of confidence. If this is what you really want, you
WILL achieve it, but you will need to allow your desire to burn and fuel
your success.
You need to practice using this visualization technique every day and
encapsulate this "feeling" of your new body until you wake up, look in the
mirror and see the goals you have been working toward. If you perform this
regularly, you will open yourself to receiving everything you want. To
repeat, if your focus is solely on your failures and your thinking
constantly negative, you will continue to attract defeat and disappointment
into your life.
I have had amazing things and incredible people come into my life since
discovering the "Secret". If you open your mind and focus your full will and
being on what you want, you will bring it to you. Start with the correct
mindset and the journey to achieve your goals sustains you to put huge
amounts of energy into these thoughts daily. Once you have it right, you'll
NEVER fail.
To finish, I will give you one more thought provoking quote that has
entirely changed how I approach my life and what I believe I can achieve.
"Whether you THINK that you can or can't do something, either way, you are
right".
Go back and read that again, and embrace it! It is an incredible shift in
your thinking that will change your life.
