when your physiological turnover, created from certain hormones, is
at its optimum for huge energy demands - a potential fat burning
situation. For example, if your body is in the process of synthesizing
proteins then it will need extra energy to achieve this calorie-demanding
chemical process. If you’re not consuming any additional food to account for
these demands, then the body must find the additional energy from other,
natural sources – fat stores. In other words, there is a calorie
shift of where the body sources extra energy needs.
By selecting the appropriate foods for your type and eating at the right
time, it’s possible to initiate fat burning without reducing calories in
your diet. The trick is to find out the best time for your type, this will
take practise and a specialized program designed to suit individual needs.
